I am studying for Jr.inter MPC English medium, when can I write the JEE Mains exam?

You are eligible to write the exam and you can give it a try. It's better to attempt JEE Mains as you will be eligible to get admissions in NIT's and upon clearing JEE Advanced you can get admissions in IIT's.
