Yes you can apply for NDA or any other government jobs. NIOS degree is valid for further education in India or abroad and even for all government jobs.

You require a minimum of 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as an eligibility criterion in order to appear in the NDA exam. -
