I am studying in 12th (10+2) with PCM and interested in B.Arch. from Pune. Which college should I join and what is the procedure / Test etc?

I have passed X (CBSE) with 86% and is in 12th (M.P.Board) and likely to obtain 85% with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as main subjects. I am interested in Designing / architecture.
