For being a 12th class student you can opt top medical colleges in India for various medical courses. Some of the premier institutons are All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS – 1157 seats), Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC – 150 seats) and Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC- 250 seats).
