    Hello,
Both fields are equally good and offers lucrative offers as a career. Basically, food technology involves more of a practical-oriented curriculum whereas food engineering deals with more of the theoretical part. But this distinction doesn't make any of this field less superior!
All the best and choose wisely!

    Hi,
Both the branches are related but vary in job profiles. In food engineering, you will be focused on product and production. In Technology, you will be covering quality, R&D, etc. Along with production. Technology covers wider scope of job but process engineering will be of higher value in the sector of production. So, in my opinion, food engineering maybe the good option.
