I am studying in 1st year BA at Bangalore North university, can I take transfer to Bangalore City College for second year?

    Yes, you can take transfer to Bangalore City College for second year. But you have to get approval from both the universities/ colleges before doing that. Once you get approval, you can place an official request with both the colleges.
