I am studying in 3rd yr production engg. hoping for higher second class till BE cmltn. i am planning to do M.Des. I hav some querries.

1. is it possible for higher second class student to adopt admission in top institutes though IIT & IISc. demanding first class ?? 2. I am ready to compromise with place(abroad or india) & Scholarship. though my need is admission. 3. Plz guide me to prepare. Plz do the needful..
