Both Civil Services and MBA are good career options with a lot of career growth opportunities. MBA from top 30 B-Schools is recipe for an excellent corporate career with a lot of money, challenges and satisfying career. But, if you have social orientation and want to be change agent in society, Civil Services particularly IAS is the right career for you. You will have opportunities to frame and implement social and economical changes. You can make impact in life of large number of people. You may choose any based on your personal orientation and area of interests.

MBA will get you in the corporate sector and will develop a rewarding career into management. However, civil service will get you into the class one service of the country. For civil service, you will have to clear UPSC.
It totally depends on your area of interest. I hope this would suffice. All the best. God bless you.
