I am studying in B.Sc In general stream. Can I apply for M.Sc in chemistry?

You can do that, if you have chemistry, as one of the major subjects, as in B.Sc, Life sciences or B.Sc. Physical sciences.

If chemistry is one of your major subject at graduation level, you can always go for Masters in the subject.
