B.Tech y are you giving permission to the worst college without checking it so many students are fali in the education and his life also about the worst college and by money and giving permission to that college yyy without any checking.

Specify your college's name and University it is attached to. You can complain to University's Grievence officer or directly complain to UGC through their grievance portal. Also, most universities do allow to change college in 2nd year. For that, you will have to visit the University itself.
