I am studying in BCA 1st year in north Maharashtra University. Can I change my college in 2nd year?

If your college is declared to be deemed i.e private university then you can't change, but if it is affiliated to a renowned university, you can migrate to another college affiliated to the same university.

I want to change my college in Aurangabad city the college which I want is affiliated to Dr. BAMU University and my current college also can I do this brother.
