I am studying in class 12th in Tamil Nadu state board. My exam results will be out only by May 2017. Can I apply for NDA in April 2017?

    Yes ! You can apply for NDA April 2017 as well as you can also apply for this year NDA which may be held in September 2016.
    For NDA you should have Physics & Maths in your class 12th.
    Appearing in 12th class or Completed your 12th class NDA allows to both students to apply.
    You can apply for NDA through UPSC websites.
    According to me you should apply this year exam too.
