I am studying in Diploma final year. I want to go Australia. But, when is the right time? Is it after Diploma or after B.Tech?

It's a personal choice though many experts believe going after B.Tech or Bachelor's degree gives maturity to the applicant and he/she can choose better programs and be career oriented while choosing the course. You can decide basis your interests, financial situation, stay back options, etc.
