Hi Amee. As you may know already that the syllabus of GATE consists of all the subjects of your degree course. So for preparation, I would suggest you to stay very attentive in whatever you study in your college from now on. Strengthen all the concept that you read and understand the topics to the very depth. Solve numericals and understand them. Take coaching for one year before the exam and solve previous year questions in that time. 7 years agoIdeally, you should start the preparation in third year. You can take coaching from various institutes. You can also get online coaching for it.
