I am studying in second year B.Com. Can I get admission in BA LL.B directly in 3rd year?

No, you cannot get admission in B.A. LL.B. Directly in the 3rd year if you are currently studying in the 2nd year of B.Com. B.A. LL.B. Is a 5-year integrated course, and you need to have completed your 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in order to be eligible for admission. You can either apply for the 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B. Course after completing your 10+2 or you can pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course after completing a 3-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
