I am studying in the 1st year of BBA at KIIT and want to take lateral entry at Aligarh Muslim University. Is it possible?

    Lateral entry into the second year of a BBA programme at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is generally not possible.

  • Lateral entry is unlikely for a candidate to get from KIIT to AMU to pursue a BBA course. Usually, admission to BBA courses offered by AMU is open to those candidates only who have passed the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or any other equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate in Commerce, Arts, Science, or Social Science.

    AMU doesn't offer a lateral entry process for its BBA program, and students from any other university cannot take admission in its second year of study. Any admission is totally based on their performance through an entrance conducted by the respective university.
