I am studying mechanical and just qualified in gate with 25 marks.which colleges/universities can i expect? any chance of IITs/NITs?

I am studying final year mechanical at KLUniversity,vijayawada,andhra pradesh.i have secured 8.1 CGPA and just qualified in gate2013. I want to study M.Tech in a best institute which increases technical knowledge.please suggest me some of the best universities.
