i am studying mtech in a college in gurgaon,haryana..but due to some reason(job) i have to shift to chennai.so is there any oppurtunity

i got admission in a college in mtech ece and am in first year first sem.i have to shift to chennai since i have already studied first sem,so is there any oppurtunity to get admission in any colleges in chennai in second semester..pl help me..i have to shift as soon as i complete my first semester
