I am studying part time B.Tech Mechanical Engineering at SRM UNIVERSITY. If I detain from this semester can I continue the course.

I am studying part time B.Tech Mechanical Engineering at SRM UNIVERSITY 3rd 5 semester. Two months before my two legs broken. So I unable to attend classes. If I detain from this semester can I continue the course or can I attend next semester.
