I am studying science with biology in class 12th but I am interested in software & hardware development. Is it possible to change my field?

If you have taken not maths with PCB then you may not able to do Engineering. However to full fill your dream, you can take BCA-MCA route to be a software engineer. You may do courses and certifications to top up your hardware knowledge and skills .

Yes it is possible. But I would strongly suggest you got to complete your graduation and along with you may pursue software development course.
