I am TE degree engineering student in EXTC. I am planning for my further studies. Is it worth to pursue management course for jobs?

It depends on what sort of a job you are looking for. If you want to stick to engineering for the time being, you can look for a job after engineering. However, if you are looking for a managerial job, an MBA will certainly help.
