I am thinking of joining BSc (hons) Life Sciences from DU. Can you please tell me if i can go for MSc Biomedecal science after this course?

I want to go for research in human physiology or in genetics and stem cell research and biomedical science is one of the best degree in this field. But instead of going for UG in biomedical science i want to go for life sciences as no good colleges are offering this course in DU.
