I am thinking to do DBA MBA from MIBM Global. Is it recognised in USA? Can I get a job in USA? Please advice.

If I try for Masters in USA will I be getting credits? In the MIBM global disclaimer they offer only certification but not any degree. Is that true? If so how will this be recognised. Do you have anyone who did courses from MIBM and got job in USA or aimed for Masters. Please help.
