I am thinking to join MBA but my percentage in 10th were average to 43%, 61% in 12th and 56% in BA. Should I join MA (Economics) or MBA?

Go with the course in which you have interest. Very few institutes are there who demands a very good academic record to get admission (like iims) . otherwise they just only concentrate on graduation (50%), entrance test marks gd and pi performance.

Prepare yourself for Masters in business administration not for MA economics.
