I am thinking to pursue visual communication. What exams do I have to give after class 12th to get best colleges? I have taken PCM.

What does visual communication offers, is it a part of B.Tech or B.Sc? Does B.Tech in computer science /electronics and communication offers visual communication? I want to do engineering with art but not B.Arch, mechanical and interior designing.
