I am thinking to shift to Bangalore or any other good part of India for my further studies in Bachelor in IT. What would you suggest?

Welcome to India mate. There are many good colleges around Bangalore such as Christ college, RMS, Alliance, etc.
One more thing, Bangalore has always been costly. Hence, you may need to contact the mentioned colleges about fees.
