I am thinking to study MBA from Abroad. so where should I pursue from and also GMAT is compulsory to give as I have completed my M.Com.

Dear Ebrahim, one of the most important requirements for MBA abroad is work experience irrespective of the number of degrees you have previously. Similarly GMAT or GRE is also mandatory dear. I will advice you to drop a few emails to some universities you desire to apply to, admissions requirements

You can pursue fresher's MBA without GMAT. UK is the best option.
