I am trainee store manager in reliance fresh , Amritsar. how easy is to jump in fmcg-marketing. im mba marketing and retail? i need guidance

please help me. i also got job in khanna paper mil as management trainee but being its nt a brand , i have decided to join reliance as store manager. im litlle worried about career in core retail. its operations job.

Hi Rishi, As you already have a marketing degree you should not face any problem in getting FMCG sector, but the shift should be done ASAP as if you will get more experience in Operations then you probably will start getting job opportunities in Operations itself. So, start looking for jobs in FMCG
