I am unable to access the counsellor assigned to me. How do I move ahead with it?

I have paid the deposit and was waiting for my result. After I received it, I talked to my counsellor once but he hasn't been taking any of my calls ever since. I am really worried. The admission is for the September intake. What do I do?
