I am unwell to go back to engineering and thus planning to take my TC from the college. Do I need to pay the 3-years fee?

I got a seat through government quota in Karnataka CET 2016 but went to college for 14 days only last year due to health issues. Even after submitting the medical certificates to the college, the college is asking for remaining 3-years fee.

Hello Llyasa, Normally, private colleges fleece students on one pretext or other. I would strongly advise you to approach an advocate to find a solution.
