I am very confused about choosing my career,. .

I am from the Science stream. I belong to a lower-middle-class family. I think I won't be able to afford to do B.Tech. I am above average in studies. I am thinking of doing B.Sc. CS or I think of doing B.A. History Hons. And then start preparing for civil services.
