I am very confused about, which will be the best college I can get for doing B.Tech CSE (ai and ml) with less fee?

I got 93.16 percentile in JEE Mains, as an OBC-NCL category candidate and scored 90.2% in CBSE 12th boards. My home state is Uttar Pradesh. Please suggest some college which will provide excellent education at low fees?
