I am very confused please help me. I didnt have maths in class 11-12 so can I choose economics honours.

No, you strictly can't pursue economics honours if you have not studied maths up to class 12th. The reason behind this is that during the first year of the course, there are mathematical methods included in it in which you have to study the concept of maths that were in class 11th and 12th.
