To study Space Technologies and Research, you should either opt for aeronautical engineering or instrumentation and control engineering. No, Manipal does not offer Masters in space studies. They only have M.Tech aerospace engineering. You can check out the program at www.manipal.edu and verify the relevance of the two courses.
