    Hi Raghu,
If you are keen to attain a degree in Cyber Forensics and want to pursue it through regular definitely University of Madras is a good option but then IMT will also be a good institute in case you are unable to make to Madras or are preferring to take up distance education.
IACM is a private and well known option, if you are not looking ahead for a diploma programs and want a certification program, you can look in to the same.
    Hope this helps.
    All the Best!
