I am very poor boy.but i want to carrier in b.e,b.tech.plz tell me very very lowest fees collages..................

The college fees of maximum colleges are same. Better to go for entrance test of engineering and got a good rank and choose a govt college (Generally govt college have the lowest fee ) for degree, If possible take the Loan for degree and if you palaces in good company you will clear all expenditure
