i am vinay, am planning to pursue MSc in Uk and then opt for phd in germany or USA. so Msc from Uk is eligible for PHd in other countries?

since the Msc course in UK is for 1 year so it should not be a problem for applying PHd in germany or USA? Msc in biotech..
