Although quantitative skills are required in MBA, there are other skills which are more important and demanded by prospective employers. Maths can be learnt over time, and skills in this field can be developed through studies and regular practice. Others skills which are important and should be given preference over others are mentioned below. Essential MBA Skills required by MBA graduates:
    Leadership
    Teamwork

    Adaptability to change
    Interpersonal and communication skills
    Strategic thinking and planning abilities
    Global orientation
    Ability to leverage technology
    Time management and project manageme
