I am willing to pursue Executive MBA in Hotel Management, What should I do ?
I have 12 years experience in Hotel industry in administration & accounts, but i don't have any management degree.Kindly advise me.

Hi Basanta,
With the amount of work experience you have, you may pursue an Executive MBA. You may not find a Hotel Management Executive MBA. Though a bachelor's degree in business administration is not required, you must have an undergraduate degree. An executive MBA will cover topics necessary for working professionals to gain senior roles and you will have a better understanding of your organization and how it should function.
