To get an admission to IIM, you will need to write CAT. Applications usually open in Jul-Aug and exams are held in November. Once the results are out, all the IIMs release the shortlist for interview and GD/WAT. If you do really well in that as well you are offered an admission. And before you ask, yes there are some points for work experience. -
Most of the IIMs don't accept students with just 2 years of work experience. Please check once.
