I am working as a branch manager. How to get PSU bank job with out giving any entrance test based on my experience?
My profile: Bachelors- 59%, Masters-69% and working experience - 7 years in various banking products.

In order to get job as an experienced banker, you will have to gain few specialized skills such as Anti Money laundering, corporate finance, risk management, refinancing etc so that you can apply against specialist opening announced by Public Sector banks from time to time.
