I am working as a clerk in a bank. If I don't resign & take study leave for MBA. Will it create a problem during placements?

Every organisation (Employer) have signed a service bond with its employees for execution of service for a certain length. Because you have taken study leaves for higher education (MBA). So, you are bound to execute the certain length of service to your Bank. Another way to leave your bank is to pay
