I am working as a HR in Accenture, but have a BE background in IT domain, always wanted to shift my domain from HR to SW domain , how?

I am working as a HR in Accenture, but have a BE background in IT domain, not having MBA in HR always wanted to shift my domain from HR to SW domain just wanted to know is there any age gap to change my field from HR to SW testing domain, I am 27 years old, Please revert back ASAP..

If being in Accenture Indore, then try at Infobeans, Rafael Tower Indore for SW job. There is no age limit to change field but you must be able to convince your interviewer that you have not lost the touch. Brush up your DotNet and MySQL concept and must be able to prove the testing paradigms. Good
