    There are various courses that may help you boost your career. It would be better if you can describe your work. For example, if you are working in logistics then you should pursue supply chain management. If you are working in the production department then you can choose operations management and vice versa. It would be better to take a look at available options before deciding.

    Hello Hemant,
    Firstly, congratulations for thinking of doing a course in IIM. It's a good beginning of your thought process. I suggest one years executive MBA would be best suited to you. This is so since you have experience under your belt and this is a must. Do not think of any other course anywhere. Concentrate on getting into executive MBA of any of the IIM.
