If you want to add MBA to enrich your profile as student counselor so it is worth advisable that why don't you think of getting a degree in counseling and psychotherapy

I will go with Mr. Surya, your job profile matched with HRM field and relevant with it. So, I think you have to go with MBA in HR.

The best option for you would be to go for MBA in HR as your work-experience will be relevant to "Training and development" part of HRM.
