    If you want to add MBA to enrich your profile as student counselor so it is worth advisable that why don't you think of getting a degree in counseling and psychotherapy

    I will go with Mr. Surya, your job profile matched with HRM field and relevant with it. So, I think you have to go with MBA in HR.

    The best option for you would be to go for MBA in HR as your work-experience will be relevant to "Training and development" part of HRM.

    Hi, MBA seems to be the key factor in producing this skilled manpower which is required to drive the industry. With more and more companies, whether Indian or foreign setting MBA as the benchmark or minimum qualification for recruitment, the value of MBA has increased manifold.
    As far as the specialization is concerned, I would suggest you to take up the one for which you possess keen interest and passion. You may take up any as each offers promising career with lucrative options. However going by your work profile, go for MBA Marketing.
