I am working as a team lead in BPO, however I want do MBA in HR. will that be benficial. or shud I do MBA in CRM or operations?

I have done B sc in zoology however want to pursue MBA. Have a liking towards HR, please suggest what specialization will be beneficial as I have experience of BPO (Customer Service) and currently working as a Team Leader in a BPO.
