I am working as an AS/400 professional in Dell but my salary in very low .So, what are the career options where i can earn above 2lac pm?

I have done B.tech in Electronic and Commu. Engg.I hv also done DB2 certification. I hv 1.5 five years of expereince in AS/400.Tell me whether I am eligible to do MBA from IIMs since i hv 3 years of gap after B.tech.This gap includes my work expereince.
