I am working as an assistant in Road Division Latehar. I want to do diploma in civil engineering by distance mode. Is it possible for me?
I tried last year to do this from IGNOU, the study centre was New Govt. Polytechnic Patliputra. but for some reason the admission was closed from January 2011 session. the Name of course was DCLE(G).
