I am currently holding 30+ months of work experience but the minimum experience required for PGPEM seems to be 48 months. My current role involves Technical/ Management skill set to assist MMC's allover the Globe. I am pretty much interested in IIMB PGPEM course. Is there any relaxation on work exp?

To get into IIM's one should a minimum experience of 2 years, and for some other courses one should have 3 and more years of experience.
